Clinic Overview
Our mountain bike clinic offers focused training sessions at China Camp State Park and Annadel State Park, starting at the Trailhouse in Santa Rosa, California. Sessions run from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., providing four hours of dedicated, on-trail coaching in a supportive and encouraging environment. Each clinic includes skills development tailored to real trail conditions, with instruction in climbing, descending, cornering, and technical trail control. Riders will also work on race and ride mindset training, confidence-building drills, and practical trail application to help transfer skills directly into their everyday riding. The experience emphasizes hands-on coaching and personalized feedback, all within a welcoming women’s riding community. Optional ride snacks and Gatorade are included to keep energy levels high throughout the session.
